Fun Things to do With My Daughter Courtney: Camping, watching movies, and watching animal planet on TV.

Top Five Values:

  1. God
  2. Family
  3. Friendship
  4. Love
  5. Creativity

  • I like assignments with a high degree of people contacts.
  • I want freedom from control and detail.
  • I want freedom from routine work.

Perceptions:

Self Perception: Enthusiastic, outgoing, and optimistic.

Others' Perception: Sincere, charismatic, overly optimistic, self-promoting, overly confident, and talkative.

My Immediate Family: I've truly been blessed with a great family. My parents were perfect role models (Tom & Pat). I also have two older sisters (Judy & Teresa) and a older brother (Steve). My sister Teresa and I are especially close. She is great to bounce ideas off of and share thoughts on topics that range from health care to Mike Tyson's latest publicity disaster.

Personal Strengths That I Use Daily: My faith in God, and my ability to relate to people.

The Very Best Thing About MLM: MLM gives people the chance to have financial freedom. This freedom typically starts with less than a $2,000 capital investment, and less than $150 per month in expenses. Most people start part time, and when their part time income surpasses their full time income, they can pink slip their boss. Where else in America can you start a business with very little capital and a time commitment, and have the potential for financial freedom. Besides attaining financial freedom, also enjoy new friends and working with exciting, enthusiastic, and optimistic people.

My Vision:

Before I can tell you about my vision for the future, I have to inform you with my past. Basically, I've been to the mountain top and thrown into the sea. I know about hard times first hand. I've had to work hard for everything that I've accomplished. I do not believe that I'm self made, because I've had a lot of help from family and friends along the way.

During the hard times in my life I've had my candle blown out so to speak. I've had it blown out in just about every category that you can think of: relationships, finances, business, and confidence. I believe what turned everything around for me was my quest for personal development. I listened to every tape and cd as well as read every book I could get my hands on. This quest lead me to the book of wisdom and knowledge. The Bible gave me the wisdom and knowledge that I required to turn my life around. Those candles that were blown out that I mentioned. Now are replaced with the sun. No one can blow out the sun. The sun of course is God made and where my focus in life is directed.

During my quest for personal development I discovered to be successful in life you have to fulfill the six human needs. The six human needs are: certainty, uncertainty, significance, connection and love, growth, and contribution.

Certainty: We have to have certainty in life. For example, certainty can be food (we are certain that it will taste good), or cleaning the house (we are certain it will be cleaned when we are done). Certainty can come from a lot of things even materialistic. However, I learned if you place it on anything besides God it can be taken away, rust or fade. Therefore, I believe God is directing my foot steps. Once again, no one can blow out the sun.

Uncertainty: Uncertainty can also come from a wide range of variety sources: relationships, business, sports, alcohol, drugs, and even smoking.Uncertainty in my life is always a 10 on a scale of one to ten due to my business, sport activities that I participate in and watch, as well as my family and friends. I am blessed with a ton of variety.

Significance: We have an emotional need to be significant. We can get this from feeling important, being sick, having a degree, having children, a skill set or as simple as having a significant relationship with God. Once again, no one is going to blow out my candle.

Connection/Love: This can come from relationships with God, family and friends, spouse, pet, gang, and clubs to mention a few. I believe my
connection with God, family and friends is where I have a high rating.

Growth: Everything you do must serve a purpose. You either grow or die. You are either going forward or you're going in reverse. I started growing again with my quest with personal development.

Contribute: You will not be happy in life unless you contribute to society in some shape or fashion. If you are selfish and "me" focused you will fall short. I believe in serving God and enlarging his territory. I also believe servicing people through network marketing is an awesome way of giving back to society.

Once I learned these six human needs and realized where I rated on a scale of one to ten with each. I knew why my life was going where it was, and why my candle kept getting blown out.
